Wallets

Every user gets an Encrypto wallet on first sign-in. Users can also connect their own external wallets, as many as they want.

The embedded wallet

The wallet is provisioned on first sign-in. The key is sealed inside a Trusted Execution Environment; the user controls it from session one. No seed phrase, no extension. See Custody for the mechanics.

Connecting external wallets

Any account can connect 500+ supported external wallets, with no cap on how many connect to a single account. Keys stay with the user in each. Encrypto never asks for them.

Pre-approved spend

Once a wallet is connected, the user grants a scoped token allowance via a one-time signature. Encrypto can then pull that token at authorization time without prompting the wallet again, without bridging the balance in, without staging funds in advance. The user signs once and spends from the connected wallet directly. The allowance is scoped to a token, capped to an amount, and revocable on-chain at any time.
